Grace Cares

how we can help

Truth is, we ALL need encouragement from others to make it in daily life. God designed us that way! That is why we have over 50 groups at Grace: groups for couples, singles, men & women located throughout Jackson County. These Small Groups form the relationships that make the difference in your spiritual growth — and these are the people who are "there" for you when the tough times hit.

Besides our Small Groups, there are a number of ways you can find immediate help through Grace. Grace is a place where the hurting, depressed, frustrated, and confused can find help. If you're hurting, we'd love to show you God's love by helping you in any way we can. God wants nothing more than to heal whatever has wounded your heart.

We have a free, appointment-based counseling service, where you can meet with a well-trained professional counselor, or be referred to a para-professional counselor who can help you through some of life's difficult days. Whether your struggle is personal, marital, or financial, we have trained counselors to help you.

We also want to provide a community of people who can help you through your difficult times. Whether you are struggling through the loss of a loved one, dealing with a child with ADD, going through a divorce, or many other difficult situations, we have a group to help you.

Celebrate Recovery

If you are looking for God's help to overcome a damaging hurt, hang-up, or habit, join us on Friday evenings at 7:00 P.M. in Room 119. Celebrate Recovery is a biblically-based 12-step recovery program. Each Friday (beginning March 4, 2005) Celebrate Recovery meets at the church. Here is our schedule:

  • 6:00 P.M. - Dinner
  • 7:00 P.M. - Celebrate Recovery Worship
  • 8:00 P.M. - Celebrate Recovery Open Share Groups (recovery specific)

We have men's and women's recovery groups for codependency, chemical dependency, and more.

We pray you will find Grace a safe place to bring your hurts — so that you can begin to see God heal your hurts.
