Youth Evangelism Conference – Michigan YEC

Friday November 20 & Saturday, November 21, 2015

Registration and payment of $20 due by Wednesday, November 5th

This Event is for ReVive Students 7th-12th Grades

Invite a minimum of 2 non-Grace friends to qualify for a drawing for a FREE ticket to YEC

A FREE ticket will be drawn for the Grace ReVive Student that invites the most friends!

Important notes regarding the upcoming YEC overnighter.

·         Departure:

o    Meet in the Grace Church parking lot at 4:00pm packed and ready to go

o    One overnight bag only per person.

o    No need for sleeping bags.  Every person will be sleeping in a hotel bed.  Rooms have 2 queen bed and there will be 4 people to a room.

o    Include a swimsuit and towel if you plan on using the pool.  Remember, please NO two piece bathing suits, (or wear a dark t-shirt over).

o    We will leave the Grace Church parking lot at 4:45pm sharp on Friday.

·         Cost includes: transportation, overnight hotel, Genesys Rec Center, Mission project, give-a-ways and Friday night pizza at the event.  Included this year is a special Saturday morning breakfast wraps freshly made.

·         This year we will be partnering with several ministries in Flint to bring the Love of Christ to homeless and hurting people as part of what we are calling “Operation Cover.”  We want each student to collect and bring Kids winter coats, blankets, hats and gloves to share with people in need. 

·         We will need the blankets and hats delivered by Sunday, November 15th in sanctuary foyer or Wednesday November 18th in Area 3:16 (Student Room).

·         Food Money: We will stop on Friday night between 5-7pm to get something to eat; cost is on your own.  Lunch on the way home between 1-3pm will be on your own too. $$$

·         Return: Parent/Guardian: The plan is to be back at the Grace Church parking lot on Saturday, November 22nd, between 3-3:30pm for pick-up.
